I was a little unsure at first, uh, but everything turned out to be legit. No fakes or sketchy stuff, just the real deal.

I’ve usually liked this brand and kind of wanted to stick with them, but the prices felt higher than they should’ve been. The stuff looked okay overall, nothing really wrong with it, but it didn’t feel like the best value. I’d probably shop around next time before buying again, even though part of me still wants to stay loyal.

I had a couple questions before placing my order, and I can’t remember if I messaged them the day before or earlier that same morning, but they got back to me fast either way. I really wanted to like forgeandfiregaming.com, but umm, the community felt a little cold to me. There were definitely a few helpful people around, but a lot of the chats I saw were either full of inside jokes or people getting kind of snappy when newer players asked basic questions.
Maybe it’s better once you already know everyone there, but coming in as someone new, I didn’t feel super welcome. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not really a place I’d be excited to keep hanging out in.

The site itself was easy enough to use, but I got a little confused because the website made it seem like there would be a bigger range of gaming items. Once I started browsing, I kept running into a lot of the same types of stuff and not much variety. Maybe it’s better if you’re looking for items from certain specific games, but for what I needed, there just wasn’t much to choose from.

I tried using the website, but it was a hassle. The pages took forever to load, the menus were confusing, and the checkout kept glitching on me. After a few tries, I just gave up. What made it more annoying is that I never got any kind of follow-up or help afterward, so it felt like nobody really cared if the order went through or not...

My order showed up in really good shape. The box was taped up properly, nothing was dented, and nothing was loose inside. Everything had enough padding around it too. It might sound like a small thing, but I have had game stuff arrive damaged from other places before, so I was happy to see it packed this well. Easy 5 stars from me.

I do like that they offer rewards points because it definitely helps a little when I buy something again. For some reason, though, it feels like they take forever to add up, and the discounts aren’t really that big once you finally use them. It’s still better than getting nothing, but I just wish the rewards felt a bit more worthwhile.

The trade-in process was easy overall, and I did get paid faster than I expected, which was nice. That said, the communication could’ve been a little clearer along the way. Still, everything went through fine in the end.
